The Growth Warrior Coaching Programme is designed as the next phase of support for NDIS™️ providers who have completed Startup Warrior (or equivalent foundations) and are ready to stabilise, refine, and grow their business with confidence.
This six-month, personalised coaching partnership focuses on sustainable growth, ethical marketing, operational clarity, and sound decision-making — particularly in the context of ongoing NDIS reform and sector change.

• Clarifying your growth direction without panic or sharp practice • Refining your marketing so it attracts aligned participants and referrers • Strengthening your service mix, positioning, and messaging • Building systems that support growth without burnout • Making grounded, CEO-level decisions with strategic support • Unpacking complex cases and case direction through a peer-based supervision lens, as needed
Each session is tailored to your business stage, location, and goals. There is no generic curriculum or one-size-fits-all approach.

$6,600 one-time payment + GST For providers who prefer to simplify bookkeeping and commit upfront to a six-month coaching partnership.
