Who it is for

A fit for providers starting, resetting or still seeking traction.

This pathway may suit you if your offer is unclear, referrals are inconsistent, marketing feels scattered or you need experienced guidance before investing more time and money.

If you already have an established team, operating history and more complex growth decisions, consider Growth Warrior Advisory. If one issue needs focused attention, start with a Provider Power Hour.

“I attracted my first two clients after just a few sessions with Tania... I would have paid four times more just to get what she has given me!”

Startup Warrior FAQs

Before you decide.

Are sessions recorded?

Where appropriate, sessions may be recorded with your consent to support accurate note-taking and follow-up. You will receive an AI-assisted, professionally reviewed session summary and action plan in accordance with the programme terms. Tania reviews and curates client-facing notes before they are provided. A full video recording, raw transcript or unedited AI notes are not promised.

Do I need to be registered with the NDIS?

No. The work is about business positioning, marketing strategy, referral development and practical operations. It does not replace registration or compliance advice.

Will the programme guarantee participants or referrals?

No. We strengthen the strategy and actions within your control, but no ethical consultant can guarantee participants, referrals or revenue.

Is Ruby Foundations™ included?

Ruby Foundations™: From Referral to Payment is a separate self-paced course. We can help you decide whether the course, coaching or both best suit your stage.

Can I ask a specific question first?

Yes. A Provider Power Hour is the lower-commitment way to address one focused issue.
