Startup Warrior Foundations is my 8-week signature 1:1 coaching container for NDIS™ providers in their first three years who are ready to build properly.

This is not compliance coaching, and it’s not generic business advice. It’s structured strategy + implementation support to help you clarify your offer, strengthen your positioning, and build referral momentum with systems that actually support growth.

What’s included

• 6 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (delivered over 8 weeks)
• Between-session implementation support for 8 weeks:
– 1–2 support emails weekly
– 1–2 WhatsApp voice/SMS support touchpoints weekly
• Clear actions after every session so you keep moving
• Limited places each quarter to protect depth and quality

By the end of 8 weeks, you will have built

• Clear positioning and service clarity
• Defined service outcomes and messaging that fits your values
• A mapped referral pathway and outreach plan
• Confident pricing language and boundaries
• A 90-day action roadmap to keep traction going
