Whole Warrior Network and Whole Warrior Solutions

  1. Purpose of the Directory

The Whole Warrior Provider Directory is operated by Whole Warrior Network™, a brand and community development initiative of the entity Whole Warrior Solutions™.

By submitting a listing, accessing the Directory, or using information contained in the Directory, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). 

The Whole Warrior Provider Directory is a business-to-business directory designed to support:

  • Provider visibility.

  • Professional networking.

  • Ethical referral pathways.

  • Collaboration between disability, allied health and community service providers.

  • Access to publicly available information about businesses operating within the disability and human services sectors.

The Directory is intended primarily for providers, professionals, referrers and organisations.

Whole Warrior Network and Whole Warrior Solutions are not affiliated with, funded by, sponsored by or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or the Australian Government.

  1. How the Directory Operates

The Directory provides business information about listed providers and enables users to independently identify and contact businesses that may be relevant to their professional or referral needs.

Whole Warrior Network does not, through the Directory:

  • Select a provider for an NDIS participant.

  • Match an NDIS participant with a provider.

  • Arrange or manage supports.

  • Enter into service agreements on behalf of providers or participants.

  • Facilitate bookings between participants and providers.

  • Process NDIS plan payments.

  • Collect payment for supports.

  • Determine whether a particular provider is appropriate for an individual participant.

  • Act as a party to any agreement subsequently entered into between a Directory user and a listed provider.

Any contact, referral, engagement, service agreement or commercial relationship arising from use of the Directory is entered into independently between the relevant parties.

  1. Provider Listings and Consent to Publication

Listings may be submitted by providers or authorised representatives of provider businesses.

By submitting a listing, you:

  • Consent to the business information supplied being published in the Whole Warrior Provider Directory and, where applicable, made accessible online.

  • Confirm that you are authorised to submit the information on behalf of the listed business.

  • Confirm that the information you provide is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not misleading.

  • Authorise Whole Warrior Network to review, proofread, format, correct and reasonably supplement the listing in accordance with these Terms.

You remain responsible for notifying Whole Warrior Network if material information about your business changes.

  1. Review and Supplementation of Listing Information

To maintain the usefulness, integrity, accuracy and searchability of the Directory, Whole Warrior Network may review and supplement information in a listing using:

  • Information supplied by the provider.

  • Information publicly advertised on the provider's business website.

  • Other public business information reasonably connected with the provider.

  • Relevant publicly available government or professional registers.

This may include correcting or updating:

  • Spelling, grammar and punctuation.

  • Business names or trading names.

  • Website and contact information.

  • Service descriptions.

  • Service locations.

  • Provider registration information.

  • Formatting and categorisation.

  • Information necessary to improve searchability or reduce duplication.

  • Other information reasonably relevant to maintaining the accuracy, integrity and usefulness of the Directory.

Whole Warrior Network may combine duplicate listings where it reasonably considers that they relate to the same provider.

Where duplicate listings contain different provider-supplied descriptions, Whole Warrior Network will use reasonable care to retain substantive information relevant to the business rather than simply deleting the content of one listing.

Where practical, a material change to a provider's substantive service claims may be referred to the provider for clarification.

  1. NDIS Provider Status

For the purposes of the Whole Warrior Provider Directory:

Registered NDIS provider means a provider registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Independent Provider – non-registered with the NDIS Commission means a provider that is not registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

These descriptions relate to NDIS Commission registration status for the purpose of categorising providers within the Directory.

They do not, by themselves, indicate or determine:

  • Qualifications.

  • Competence.

  • Service quality.

  • Suitability.

  • Safety.

  • Professional standing.

  • Whether a provider may lawfully deliver a particular support in particular circumstances.

Providers remain responsible for ensuring that they hold any registration, approval, licence, professional membership, worker screening, insurance or other authority required for the supports and services they deliver.

  1. Verification of NDIS Registration Information

Whole Warrior Network may independently check NDIS provider registration information against the publicly available NDIS Provider Register maintained by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Where the Directory displays an indication such as “NDIS registration verified”, this means only that Whole Warrior Network was able to match the listed provider with information contained in the relevant public register at the date shown.

A verification check may include consideration of information such as:

  • Business or legal name.

  • Trading name.

  • ABN.

  • Business location.

  • Website.

  • Contact information.

  • Registration status.

  • Registration period.

The NDIS Provider Register is maintained by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, not Whole Warrior Network. Registration information may change after it has been checked.

Where information is unclear, inconsistent, unable to be confidently matched, or appears to require further investigation, Whole Warrior Network may:

  • Mark the registration information as requiring review.

  • Withhold a verification indicator.

  • Contact the provider for clarification.

  • Update the listing when further reliable information becomes available.

  1. What Verification Does Not Mean

A Whole Warrior Network verification indicator is limited to the specific information identified as having been checked.

It does not mean that Whole Warrior Network has:

  • Accredited the provider.

  • Endorsed or recommended the provider.

  • Conducted an NDIS audit.

  • Undertaken a compliance assessment.

  • Verified all statements contained in the listing.

  • Verified every employee, contractor or worker engaged by the provider.

  • Checked every worker's NDIS Worker Screening Check.

  • Verified all qualifications or professional registrations.

  • Assessed the quality or safety of services.

  • Investigated complaints or incidents.

  • Guaranteed future registration status.

  • Determined that the provider is suitable for any particular person.

Users must undertake their own due diligence before making a referral, purchasing a service, entering into an agreement or engaging a provider.

  1. Provider Responsibilities

By maintaining a listing in the Directory, the provider represents that, to the best of its knowledge:

  • Information supplied to Whole Warrior Network is accurate.

  • Its advertising and representations are truthful and not misleading.

  • It holds the registrations, licences, insurance, clearances and professional memberships required for the services it provides.

  • It operates in accordance with applicable Australian laws and professional obligations.

  • It will not knowingly provide Whole Warrior Network with false or misleading information.

A provider must not represent inclusion in the Directory as accreditation, endorsement or approval by Whole Warrior Network.

A provider must also not represent a Whole Warrior Network verification indicator more broadly than the specific matter that was checked.

  1. No Endorsement

Being listed in the Whole Warrior Provider Directory does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, accreditation or approval by Whole Warrior Network or Whole Warrior Solutions.

The Directory is designed to improve visibility and professional connection, not to replace the independent enquiries that should occur before a professional referral or service engagement.

  1. User Due Diligence

Directory users are responsible for deciding whether a listed provider may be appropriate for their needs or the needs of a person they support.

Depending on the circumstances, appropriate due diligence may include independently checking:

  • Current NDIS registration status.

  • Relevant professional registration.

  • Qualifications.

  • Insurance.

  • Worker screening.

  • Service availability.

  • Experience.

  • Pricing.

  • Complaints or regulatory information.

  • The provider's ability to deliver the particular support required.

Information contained in the Directory should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a service, referral, clinical, safeguarding, financial or legal decision.

  1. Accuracy and Currency of Information

Whole Warrior Network takes reasonable steps to maintain a useful and accurate Directory but does not guarantee that every listing will be complete, current or free from error.

Provider information can change without notice.

Information obtained from third-party websites, government registers and other public sources is dependent on the accuracy and currency of those sources.

Where a user or provider identifies information that may be incorrect or outdated, they are encouraged to contact Whole Warrior Network so the information can be reviewed.

  1. Publicly Available Information and Privacy

Whole Warrior Network seeks to collect and publish only information reasonably relevant to the operation of the Directory.

Where listing information relates to an identifiable individual, including a sole trader or individual practitioner, Whole Warrior Network will handle that information in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.

The fact that information is publicly available does not necessarily mean it can be collected or used for every purpose.

Whole Warrior Network therefore limits its public-source research to information reasonably connected with:

  • Identifying the listed provider.

  • Describing publicly advertised business services.

  • Confirming business contact information.

  • Maintaining Directory accuracy.

  • Checking relevant registration or professional information where appropriate.

Sensitive or unrelated personal information will not intentionally be added to a Directory listing merely because it is publicly accessible.

Your use of the Directory is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Corrections and Updates

A listed provider may request a correction or update to its listing.

Whole Warrior Network may ask for supporting information where necessary to resolve an inconsistency, particularly in relation to:

  • Business identity.

  • Provider registration.

  • Service claims.

  • Professional credentials.

  • Contact information.

Whole Warrior Network may retain internal administrative records relating to amendments, verification checks and previous listing information where reasonably required for Directory administration, integrity or record keeping.

  1. Right to Edit, Suspend or Remove Listings

Whole Warrior Network may edit, suspend, decline or remove a listing where reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain Directory accuracy and integrity.

  • Correct misleading or inconsistent information.

  • Remove duplicate information.

  • Improve formatting, clarity and searchability.

  • Reflect information publicly advertised by the provider.

  • Update publicly available registration information.

  • Respond to complaints or concerns.

  • Protect Directory users.

  • Manage actual or potential conflicts of interest.

  • Respond to misuse of the Directory.

  • Maintain alignment with the purpose and community standards of the Directory.

Whole Warrior Network is not obliged to publish or continue publishing every submission it receives.

  1. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the Directory to:

  • Send bulk unsolicited marketing or spam.

  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract Directory data.

  • Reproduce or commercially exploit the Directory or a substantial part of it without permission.

  • Impersonate another provider or person.

  • Submit deliberately false or misleading information.

  • Harass providers or Directory users.

  • Use contact details for purposes materially unrelated to legitimate professional connection.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Directory.

  • Use Directory information for an unlawful purpose.

Whole Warrior Network may restrict or withdraw access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the structure, compilation, design, categorisation, original written content and other intellectual property associated with the Whole Warrior Provider Directory are owned by or licensed to Whole Warrior Network or Whole Warrior Solutions.

Providers retain responsibility for and rights in their own business names, logos, submitted descriptions and other provider-owned material.

Submission of material for a Directory listing gives Whole Warrior Network a non-exclusive permission to reproduce, format and publish that material for the operation and promotion of the Directory.

  1. Third-Party Websites and Information

The Directory may contain links to provider websites, social media pages, government registers and other third-party resources.

Whole Warrior Network does not control those third-party sites and is not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices or content.

A link does not constitute endorsement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, condition, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Whole Warrior Network and Whole Warrior Solutions are not liable for loss arising solely from:

  • Reliance on information supplied by a listed provider.

  • Information becoming outdated after publication.

  • A third-party register or website containing inaccurate or outdated information.

  • The actions or omissions of a listed provider.

  • A decision by a Directory user to contact, refer to or engage a provider.

  • An agreement or dispute arising independently between Directory users and providers.

Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.

  1. Complaints and Concerns

If you believe that:

  • A listing contains incorrect information.

  • An NDIS registration status has been incorrectly recorded.

  • Your business has been listed without appropriate authority.

  • Information should be corrected or removed.

  • The Directory is being misused.

Please contact Whole Warrior Network.

We will consider reasonable concerns and may seek further information before deciding what action is appropriate.

  1. Changes to these Terms

Whole Warrior Network may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to the Directory.

  • Changes to verification practices.

  • Changes in law or regulation.

  • Changes to NDIS requirements.

  • Improvements to Directory governance.

Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Whole Warrior Network website unless otherwise stated.

The current version will display the date it was last updated.

Continued use of the Directory after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the Terms applying at that time, except where further consent is required by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Australia.

You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts having jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
