Is this only for registered NDIS providers?
No. It is designed for registered and unregistered NDIS providers and other human-services businesses, provided your service is operationally ready to receive and follow through on appropriate enquiries.
Can I use the message templates exactly as written?
They are starting points. Adapt each message to your service, the recipient and the reason for contact. Thoughtful personalisation is part of the method.
Does this include access to the Provider Directory?
The Directory is a separate discovery and community-development pathway. Referral Ready explains how it may support thoughtful research, but the purchase does not include a contact database or guarantee access to private provider details.
How long will I have access, and are updates included?
